“It was very special for me to work with Claire and her sweet, gentle horse Inca. I didn't grow up with horses and although I love all animals, being physically close to such a large animal felt quite daunting at first, however I needn’t have worried. 

I felt closely supported by Claire and Inca herself couldn't have been more gentle with me. After 3 sessions I felt a real shift in my confidence, both around horses, but also on another level. I struggle with being in a leadership role, yet somehow the work I did with Inka and Claire helped me to explore a gentle introduction to leadership as Inka allowed me to guide her round the paddock. It's a feeling that has stayed with me and that I can call upon in other life situations. When I am asked to take a leading role I can remember I didn’t have to force Inka round the paddock, or raise my voice, or highly project my energy, I just needed to tune into her energy, and have a strong sense of where we were going, and what I needed her to do and she happily went along with my flow. It felt amazing, and Claire held the space perfectly.
